Making a Purchase
Buying from us couldn't be easier! Just browse our catalog, and click on the product you wish to buy, and add it to your shopping basket. View your basket at any time by clicking the link in the top right hand corner. When you are ready to buy click on "Checkout" and you'll be directed to our securely encrypted checkout page. No need to sign up or login, simply enter your details in 3 easy steps and you're done!
Alternatively, you can provide us with your credit card details over the phone. We also accept cheques and can e-mail you a PayPal money requests (see the Contact Page for details).
Shortly after your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please keep this for your records.
All goods remain the property of Bronze Gifts until paid for in full.
We post the majority of our orders the very same day via Royal Mail First Class post or Royal Mail Airmail if overseas. More expensive items are sent by carrier (usually Fedex or Interlink Express). Most orders will arrive within just 1-2 days (though on the rare occasion it can take longer. If it seems to be taking longer than expected drop us an email and we will check for you). We use different delivery methods depending on the product, and how fast your order arrives will depend on the shipping methods involved. Details of delivery times are found on the individual product pages.
We do not use cheaper carriers like Yodel or Hermes. We have tried them in the past and it did not work out.
Refunds & Returns
If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Just send us an email and we will give you further instructions. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to return the product within 7 working days from one day after date of receipt for any reason.
Refunds are returned via the same method you used to pay, or we can send a cheque on request. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of the product arriving back from the customer in a good, re-sellable condition. Money usually arrives back in customers' accounts within 48 hours, but please allow 31 days.
We accept European delivery. Prices are in Pound Sterling. Delivery costs are higher for European orders, and are calculated at the checkout phase (select "Europe" from the delivery destination pull down menu on the shopping basket when you checkout).
European orders are excempt from our "Free UK Postage" promotion, but we do our best to keep delivery costs low.
Not all items can be shipped to Europe (you will know which ones when you attempt to select European Delivery from the checkout) but please contact us if you have any queries.
Some of our products are of a natural nature, and as such, slight variations can occur. All images on this web site are for illustrative purposes only.
